Menopause, a part of Woman's Life
This issue is something that have been with women for ages and it occurs in a certain age or period. Normally, women experience this condition when they reach their 50's. Asian women as observed, often undergo their's late 30's or early 40's. Menopause is something you can't get rid of entirely but can control its effects. Since it's already the part of women's life, they get to know why they go into menopause when they reach a certain age in order to make it more bearable, rather than being in a state of disorder and out of control with anger when the first signs and symptoms show up in their system.
What is Menopause ?
It is defined as a time in which a woman's menstrual cycle permanently ceases due to the natural depletion of ovarian occytes from aging. It can also be explained as an occurrence at which the female specie has no functioning egg in her ovaries. Their menstruation diminishes until it no longer happens after twelve months estrogen level drops that cause hormonal imbalance and other problems crop up in their bodies.
Every woman is unique and will experience different 'Signs and Symptoms' of Menopause; these are as follows:

4.Weakness or fatigue.
5.Urinary incontinence.

How do you manage Menopause ?
The management of a woman in menopause can be done through 'Drug and Non-drug' Management.
Drug Management:
It is an act of control, dealing and making good use of the liquid or substance for swallowing or injecting that which is used to treat a sickness or that medicine which is been asigned for your health. In the medical management of menopausal symptoms, hormonal replacement is used. Premarin is recommended as it is the leading estrogen replacement therapy; though this drug is associated with lots of risk. Finally, it is good for a woman to be health educated on the menopause in order to reduce or combat its symptoms.
Non-drug Management:
It is a way of not using drug to mange your menopausal symptoms but rather take a step to do a lot of adjustments in your lifestyle. For example, this menopausal symptoms which are hot flash and night sweats should be controlled by wearing a light cotton material and the temperature of the bedroom to make it as cool as possible. In addition, reducing stress in everyday life can also reduce the mood swings and irritability during this time. Regular exercise can help control the constant ups and downs of mood swings. Light exercises, are usually the best, some of which include walking, stretching, biking etc. In addition, women are also advised to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, eat food rich in vitamins B, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, while vitamin E supplement is linked with overall reduction in hot flushes. Foods rich in calcium and vitamin D, are also recommended and it has been proven effective in preventing and treating bone loss and osteoporosis in post menopausal woman. Most importantly, these women are also advised to take lots of soya beans as it contains phyteostrogen which is a natural form of estrogen replacement. These help to combat most of the signs and symptoms listed above.
