Time is one of the most important thing in our daily life. We often want time but don't really know how to make good use of it. It is said to be the only capital that any human being has and the only thing he can't afford to loose. It is something that is very effective in our day to day activities which implies that kitchen, business environment, church and the society at large. Time as we've often heard waits for no one, whether big, small, rich or poor. It is also known as the period or point at which things occurs.
     Managing your time is a way of being in control or in-charge of your time. It is also the ability for every woman to manage everything around her effectively in other to accomplish her desired goals and objectives. You have to manage your time very well in other to avoid stress , incomplete task, failure, breakage , mental disorder, backwardness etc. Time management can help you to utilize your finance effectively, gives room for you to take proper care of your husband, parents, children and the entire household without conflict of any kind.
     Organizing your home is one of the steps in effective and efficient time management, this can be made by preparing a time table for your daily/ weekly activities e.g Time for shower, sleep, eat meals, commute, dress, clean and arrange the house, preparing meals, go to work, pick your children from school, entertainment, receiving of visitors, exercise etc Good time management also requires self discipline which can help you yield to your planned activities and effective usuage of your time. Managing your time can also be organized and well planned by the help of a professional/ specialist or an instructor.

How to Manage your Time:

2. Write your list or budget ahead of it's implementation.
3. Try breaking down your task into some steps.
4. Avoid mistakes.
5. Take a positive attitude towards frustration and failure.
6. Make use of effective strategies when dealing with pressure.
7. Division of labour.
8. Identifying areas of your life in which you are wasting time unnecessary and try to reduce them.
9. Develop a regular work routine in and outside your time.
10. Plan ahead of time.
11. Give time for each work or task you want to perform in a day.

13. Take a break when needed.
14. Limit distraction.
